Appointments are scheduled at 5-minute intervals to reduce wait time, however participants should expect some wait as we care for each animal at a pace that is comfortable for them. Wait time could be up to 45 minutes, though it is typically less. You and your pet(s) will remain in the comfort of your own vehicle until we are able to serve you.
